Our highly skilled staff has the vast experience to design and deploy a wide range of network configurations. Depending on client needs, our team will develop a complete LAN (Local Area Network) and a WAN (Wide Area Network) plan to include all needed servers, printers and network resources. A typical network may include an active directory server, an email server such as Mircosoft Exchange, a database server such as Microsoft SQL, and a host of other application servers. These resources could be setup for a single office, or spanning multiple offices through a WAN configuration.
Some of our clients have many field representatives needing access to critical resources via remote connection. We have the capability to setup remote access to any network resources, allowing our clients to stay connected while on the road.
Once the network is deployed, our team is able to provide ongoing technical support through a combination of on-site work as well as remote monitoring and support.
We setup a technolog support plan that is suited to our clients' needs. This is done through a thorough assessment and listening to our clients.
Some of our clients have mutilple offices and need a quick response to systems related issues. SBR has the capability to setup a full help desk with remote monitoring and management of numerous remote users. This system provides real time monitoring for all cirtical systems, with alerts sent to our help desk. In most cases problems are resolved even before our clients are aware of any issued. This benefits our clients by maximizing up time and productivity.
There are many function our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) system serves. Our help desk uses the system to resolve user issues. The system is used to schedule and push software patches and updates. The system may also be use to provide remote back up and disaster recovery services.
Our RMM product is provided for a fixed cost to our clients.
SBR network engineers are able to monitor critical systems such firewalls, backup systems and develop and implement a disaster recovery plan. SBR will provide a comprehensive plan that includes not only technology maintenance, but also provide for data security, and business continuity through a disaster recovery plan.
SBR uses a combination of tools to monitor firewall to ensure that hacking attempts are quickly discovered through an intrusion detection system.
Backup log alerts are reviewed daily to ensure that backup jobs are completed sucessfully. A test of the data restoration is done regularly to ensure that all backup and recovery systems are functioning properly.
A business continuity is more than mere backup and recovery. SBR will work with clients to develop a business continuity plan for all technology systems. This may include fail over networks, images of critical server that could recover the contents of a failed server within hours, and redundancy to allow for continued functionality during major disasters.
